Shipping policy

Orders placed for in-stock products are typically processed and verified within 2-3 business days, unless flagged for further review and verification. We use USPS to ship all orders. 

Ground Shipping

Ground can take up to 3-5 days once shipped depending on your location, weather conditions and other variables. Most standard shipments are delivered in three to five days from the shipping date. You can track your order in your Raven Quinn site user account after shipping. At current, with the impact of Covid-19 we are experiencing some delays in the logistics chain/transport time and customers may see delays in receiving their orders.

Express shipping

Express shipping is available for orders shipping to addresses in the United States, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Express shipments are delivered based on the class of service selected by the customer.
